The Gilly Boot

It's been a while since we last posted but to make up for that I'm gonna add a little height to this post with the Alexander McQueen Gilly Boot. it's a leather shoe reaching the height of 11.5 cm and a total of 115 mm. ( You might wanna practice walking in these shoes before you wear them out :D) the laces are leather and the design of the shoe is somewhat celtic. I love this shoe if I wasn't afraid that I would fall then I would totally wear them. These shoes are lets say for the more graceful. The New Hot Hunter Boot

The newest exotic in rain boots. I have visited this pair of boots in Nordstrom's shoe department on Chicago's fabulous Michigan Avenue and they are beautiful! This a must have article for the fall season. They will transition well into the winter months in Chicago, as they will work well with my fur winter coats and jackets. They are an eye popping accessory and in Chicago, where we are dressed in long coats and are covered from the tops of our heads to our knees, these boots will be an exciting feature for any fashionista. Chicagoans who pass by me wearing these bad boys will definitely enjoy pointing at these in 30 degree, wet, weather! Don't forget to get some kick-ass long, heavy, warm socks to put inside. Enjoy!!

Yves Saint Laurent Women's Pant Suit/Fall look 5

Today a little history lesson ties into the piece that I will be talking about, I chose the women's pant suit from the fall collection of Yves Saint Laurent. I really liked it because it's sophisticated and classical. Yves Saint Laurent was believed to be the first to create the women's pants suit, it was such an outrageous idea though because it was unheard of for women to wear pants during that time. Enough with the history lessons though. The short jacket and nice long pants give the illusion of longer legs, and I love that the pants flare at the bottom giving you a plethora of different shoe choices, a nice flat or some sick boots would do the trick. The accessories that they gave the model are perfect! The patent leather gloves and the shiny gold belt add that modern touch and give the outfit a nice pop. This is Tayla for Envy Fashion! This is a Studs Suede leather Alexander McQueen jacket; I love the design and the belt placement, the jacket is meant to give you a slimmer look There are plenty of places to keep everything you need, the jacket itself has antique gold hardware and great zip detailing. The jacket comes in both black and this bronze color but I think that the more interesting pick between the two would be this one.
